For ungraded collectibles, we strive to under-promise and over-deliver! Our grading philosophy is to provide the lowest likely grade range that a collectible might get if it were professionally graded, so it goes home meeting or exceeding your expectations!

For graded collectibles please note that we’ll indicate if there are any defects in the graded slab encasement that could potentially impact the grade — otherwise graded cases may have minor imperfections such as small scratches, scuffs, Newton rings, standard surface wear, or minor cracks. Grading authenticators typically consider these minor issues as acceptable and honour the grade given. Any significant damage such as a large crack or broken seal will be noted in the description and photographed. All sales go through detailed internal inspection and photography to verify the quality of the item before listing.

We’re always on the lookout for excellent collectibles to add to our inventory and collection — if you’d like some assistance with downsizing your collection or selling it entirely, feel free to message us with some photos and description of what you’re looking to sell and we’re happy to review it, or schedule a visit — digging and dusting off some of the rarest pieces of pop culture is what we live for!

Please kindly note, we do not accept returns and all sales are final unless the item arrives not as described in the listing and provided photos, and does not meet our grading criteria.

We provide high-resolution photos of all listings and provide notes on any major issues / damage to ensure buyers know exactly what they’re getting prior to purchase. Should you have any issues with your purchase once you receive it and would like to return it, please feel free to share photos showing how the item failed to match the description / photos with us so we can review and determine whether it will qualify for a return.

Please note that we offer in-person pickup from our head office in White Rock, BC. All in-person pickups for paid items must be scheduled in advance.

With the Personal Vault shipping option, we hold your paid merchandise in a dedicated hold box (your Vault) until you request a quote to ship its contents to you. With this option, you are able to order & secure your merchandise and save on shipping costs by shipping multiple orders in one delivery. Once the shipping quote is paid, the merchandise will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
